Welcome to Zahan Glide. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Zahan Glide provides premium eco-friendly corporate transportation services including airport transfers, corporate events transportation, point-to-point rides, city tours and full day rentals using our Kia Clavis fleet.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Zahan Glide is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, or mechanical failures.
We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour is deemed to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or themselves.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zahan Glide operates.
